* Indicates smaller company

Long distance carriers freqently issue credit calling cards to new
subscribers. Mostly all that is needed to obtain a new card is a name,
mailing address, and social security number. It is known that the smaller
companies do not bother running a credit check, and would most likely not
notice if the social security number was incorrect.

Unlike regular credit cards, it is not necessary to have a very elaborate
drop site and pick-up routine. Simply order the card to someone's fake
name and send it to an apartment address near your house. When the real
resident gets the mail, chances are they will write "Wrong Address" on the
envelope and stick it up on the cork bulletin board that is always
associated with apartment mailboxes. Simply go take it off when it arrives.
If it has been a while and you suspect that the resident has kept the card
or failed to put it up on the bulletin board, simply call the long distance
company back and complain that you do not have your card. If they give you
a problem, mention another long distance carrier's great service and say that
you'd like to speak to a supervisor.

If you do obtain a calling card with false information, it is advisable to
NOT use the card. Instead, use the card's access information to fashion
a template to use other calling card information. This way, YOUR card
has never been used in an illegal mannor. Even though you obtained the
card, you did not defraud the company.

It is NOT advisable to obtain a card with your real information for any
reason if you plan on hacking that company. This would only aid that
company should they decide to take any action against you for any reason.

Always call the company from a payphone that is located as far away from your
residence as possible.

Always use ALL fake information. NEVER give any information that could be
traced back to you.

**NEVER attempt to defraud any Bell South company from your home telephone.

Always distribute codes and access information as quickly as possible. If at
all possible, distribute them to the New York or Los Angeles Area BEFORE
you use them.
