                    Blacknet Rules & Regulations

        - No flaming will be tolerated. If users on your board persist in
flaming, or any other immature act, you will be warned, then
          removed from the nodelist.

        - Keep local discussions and inside jokes out of the net. Other
people don't care what billy jo jim bob did at school, if this
continues, you will be removed from the nodelist.

        - Save ANSi's at 68 lines or less, it just wastes space when you
          don't correctly save ansi's.

        - You must poll 4-5 times a week. We will monitor your polling
routine, if you do not poll at least 4-5 times a week, you will
be removed. We have a very active net, with good message flow
daily. We want the flow of mail being maintained. We urge you
to poll daily. If you can't handle this, don't even apply. We
only want dedicated systems in the nodelist. The only acception
to this rule if it is approved by a net co-oridnator.

        - Upon receiving your application, it will be voted on by the other
sysops in blacknet. This way, the sysops will have control on who
we let in, and who we don't. You also must have at least 2 sysop
references currently and actively carrying blacknet. Upon
acceptance, you will be notified and given a node number.

        - Include your node # in your tagline. That is how we can see what
system we are getting posts from.

        - If you an applying system, you must be some what familiar with
setting up message networks. The blacknet admin staff are very
busy people, we're glad to help if you have a question, but we're
not going to do it all for you.

        - All applying systems must have a quality board and must be able
to offer something worthwhile to the network. Sites do not a
          good, qualified, board make.

        - We do have an area code limit now. No more than 3-4 board per
area codes. The only exception to this rule if the system is
really good, and there is a board that has to carry blacknet,
ie: cia member, infinity member, etc.
